Who Cannot Use Compression Boots* - Please consult with your health specialist if you are unsure

You can-not use the compression boots if you have acute pulmonary edema, acute thrombophlebitis, acute congestive cardiac failure, acute infections, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), episodes of pulmonary embolism, wounds, lesions, infection at or near the site of application, where increased venous and lymphatic return is undesirable, bone fractures or dislocations at or near the site of application. Have a pacemaker or other medical devices which are susceptible to electrical interference or compression treatment. I have serious peripheral neuropathy dysfunction. On the legs where cuffs would interfere with the following conditions: vein ligation, dermatitis, a recent skin graft. Massive edema or extreme deformity of the leg.
